Terms and Conditions — 77ad Platform Rules

To use the 77ad platform you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The 77ad platform is an adult gaming service and is not available to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual, for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player, either through 77ad's own responsible gaming tools or through any other self-exclusion arrangement you have entered into.
• Your use of the platform must not violate any laws or regulations that apply to you personally based on your location or circumstances. You are responsible for determining whether your use of 77ad is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

77ad does not accept registrations from individuals who do not meet these eligibility requirements. If at any point we become aware that an ineligible person is using the platform, the account will be closed and any balance may be withheld pending review.

Each individual may hold only one account on 77ad. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or any other variation — is prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information during registration, or subsequently updating your account with false details, may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

77ad may, at any point, request identity verification documents including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in restricted account access or closure.

• Your account login credentials — username and password — must be kept confidential at all times.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your authorisation, you must notify 77ad support immediately.
• 77ad will never request your password through any channel. Any communication claiming to be from 77ad and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported.

Accounts are non-transferable. The account holder is always the individual who completed the registration process. You cannot transfer your account, your balance, or any accumulated credits or bonuses to another person.

All financial transactions on 77ad — deposits, bets and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process.

Deposits can be made using the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit or credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon successful processing by the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during active hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically arrive within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank's own internal processing times. • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are stated on the withdrawal page.
• 77ad reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or an ongoing investigation.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.
• You are responsible for ensuring all payment details you provide are accurate. 77ad cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect payment details submitted by you.

77ad does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You should check with your payment provider for any applicable fees.

The 77ad sports betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI series and Test matches — as well as football, esports and other sports markets. All bets are subject to the following rules.

Bet placement: A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message following the placement. Bets that do not result in a confirmation due to a technical error or connectivity issue are not valid and will not be settled. You should verify that any bet you intend to place has been confirmed before relying on it.

Odds : Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Odds may change between the time you view them and the time you confirm your bet. The odds shown on your confirmation are the final odds for that bet.

Void bets: A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being published. Voided bets are refunded as a credit to your account balance.

• Live betting markets close at specific points during an event. Bets placed after the designated cut-off point will not be accepted.
• In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay. During this period, odds may shift. You will be notified if the odds have changed before your bet is confirmed.
• 77ad reserves the right to limit bet amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• Match result disputes are resolved based on official results from the relevant governing body — such as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and international cricket fixtures.
• Bets placed on events affected by corruption, match-fixing, or other integrity breaches may be voided at 77ad's discretion.

System bets, accumulators and other combination bet types are available on selected markets. The rules governing each bet type are displayed at the point of placement. It is your responsibility to understand the bet type you are placing before confirming.

Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. 77ad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering activity
• Account registered by or used by a person under 18 years of age
• Discovery that a player has registered more than one account
• At the player's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact 77ad support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

77ad provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a stable and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted, 77ad's liability is limited as follows:

• 77ad is not liable for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, connectivity issues on your end, or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• 77ad is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Where 77ad is found to be liable for a direct loss, that liability is limited to the value of the transaction directly involved in the loss.

Nothing in these terms limits 77ad's liability for fraud or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

77ad may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date shown at the top. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the platform or via the contact details held on their account.
